About us

Founded in 1998, New Construction Enterprise was initially engaged in import-export. In 2003, it was licensed in the field of construction, to then start its construction activity in 2004. From this year onwards, the company counts constructions in both Tirana and Durres. N.C.E's activity mainly includes constructions of palaces and villas, elegant and luxurious residences.
